Wine has always been a fun hobby but recently it has become a passion as we learned to stop drinking wine and started tasting wine instead.

    In February of 2006 we received certification from Wine & Spirits Educational Trust, London, England. This is the organization that trains students to attain a degree of  "Master of Wine". In June of 2006 we completed the advanced course and have become a member of The Society of Wine Educators as well as The American Sommelier Association. 

 

This past year we have become members of "The Century Club", an honor extended to those that have tasted one hundred or more different varietals of wine.

 

    The wine market in the US has been growing rapidly and in the next few years will become the largest producer, exporter and consumer of wines in the world. This is why I have decided to use my education to train others in the selection and tasting process of great wines.
